Stella McNeil Stella is a Nova Scotian photographer whose work has been featured in several galleries and shows. She is known for her scenic and panoramic views of the stunning Nova Scotian landscape. Bill McNeil Bill McNeil is a craftsman who apprenticed in the UK. He was the stage carpenter for a London theater and has created furniture, etc. He now manages the framing division for Patch of Blue Photo. Each frame is handcrafted from lumber provided locally from sustainable forests. "We do seem to live in a time when there is much "grey" in the world. World problems, personal problems; they can seem overwhelming. However if one takes a little time to go for a walk in nature or a stroll around the garden--or perhaps just take a close look at a flower--suddenly a little “patch of blue” will appear. The sun streams in and sheds its light. "It is our hope and prayer that the images on this site will inspire you to take a closer look at the world we live in.
