Ernesto Malinis is a New York based photographer specializing in environmental portraiture as well as editoral-fashion photography. Ernesto studied and graduated from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology and earned a degree in commercial photography. Clients and credits include photography work with New York Cares, The Rivington House and Mercy Corps. Ernesto has also worked and tested with top ten modeling agencies in New York City and has collaborated with top fashion stylists, makeup artists and photographers in the fashion industry. Ernesto interned and provided freelance work for The Richard Avedon Foundation and is a regular photographer and contributor for Shecky's Media, Inc. in New York, NY. In the summer of 2009, Ernesto exhibited a collection of his portraits at New York's legendary Marlin Room. He is also a recipient of the Therese McCabe Ralston Connor Award for excellence in art.
