My photography is aimed at capturing the joy and pleasure of the moment, the excitement and drama of the event. I want to capture the moment, not create one. I believe that photographs should reflect the true character and personality of the subject, allowing their individuality to shine through. I accomplish this by shooting on-location, in natural and familiar settings, and by using ambient lighting and informal poses. No studios. No harsh lighting. No controlled environments.
