RBF Photography was started in April of 2009 by husband and wife, Brian and Rebecca Fulton. RBF Photography is located in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, but we are always available to travel world-wide to accomodate all of life's special moments. We specialize in photo-journalistic engagement, wedding, and portrait photography. The best photography moments cannot be staged or planned, but simply happen on their own; and we are dedicated to capturing those moments.
